Subscription Fees
Once a subscription has been activated and access to the technology platform or associated services has been provided, fees may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Customised Services
Fees paid for customised development, integrations, setup or other work may be non-refundable once work has commenced, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payment
Where a verified duplicate payment or clear billing error occurs, the customer may contact Green Bell Algo with supporting transaction details for review.
Third-Party Charges
Broker charges, exchange charges, data-provider charges, payment gateway fees, taxes and charges imposed by third parties are governed by the respective provider’s terms.
